Founded on February 1989, Beijing Shibaolai Amusement Equipment Co,.Ltd(short name: SBL) is located in the political, cultural and international communication center of China---Capital Beijing. SBL is a joint-venture company with total capital of 6million RMB specialized in the amusement equipments research, design and manufacturing. SBL is the biggest manufacturer in China, also one of managing directors of IAAPA and CAAPA, as well as a member of China Standardization Technology Committee for Ropeway and Amusement Device and the member of China Tourist Association.
At present, SBL has about 380 staff with about 66,660m² land area, in which the construction area is nearly 20,000 m², testing area for the rides is about 5,000m². Refer to our managing system, our departments includes office, research center, sales dept., park plan design dept., financial dept., quality control dept., production and supply dept., human resource dept., two branch factories, 3 workshops and 1 safety supervision dept. In the research center, totally we have more than 30 engineers, 1/3 of them are senior engineers, and the others are graduates. In our workers, more than 10 people own senior titles. Furthermore, we have many outside contracting companies. SBL strictly requires controlling and supervising their production process and the final products quality. Providing the all-wave follow-up service for the sold products, solving the problems for customers in time, form the basis of our after-sale service.
At present, SBL has already got all the manufacturing permit license in this Special Type Industry-Amusement Industry, total 13 licenses. In 1997, we passed ISO9001-2000 quality management system authorization, and passed all certificates for the Special type equipments Manufacturing, installation, maintenance and renovation which issued by National Technology Supervision Bureau, and also we will meet the Europe RIDE CONTROL CE standard and Germany RIDE MECHANICAL TUV certificate at the end of this year. The company is always based on the ¡°Special Type Equipment Quality Supervision and Safety Supervision¡± to manage all the amusement equipments design, manufacturing, sales, installation, maintenance and renovation of the whole production process according to the safety regulation required by the Quality Supervision Bureau.
SBL Quality policy is ¡°Quality first, catch up with international level, make the customer buying reassured products and enjoy the fun¡±;
Quality aim is that ¡°Continually to perfect the quality management system and keep renovations, the accepted rate to the equipments should reach to 98% and improved every year, the accepted rate to the assembled parts should higher than 97%, while 100% to deal with the customers¡¯ comments¡±.
SBL is always the model of Trustful Enterprise on Contract Implementation. It¡¯s praised to be the advanced company of CAAPA, Capital Cultural and Ethical Company, the Director Unit of Beijing Import and Export Association, the single rides like ¡°Super bumper car¡±, ¡°Rapid ride¡± rides were granted to the national patent, all of those marked that the future development of SBL is unstoppable.
SBL has already own enough capability to develop, design and manufacture the large amusement rides and the theme park rides. In 1990, SBL studied how to develop faster, how to meet the international standard. At last SBL adopt the strategy that ¡°Introduce advanced technology, produce first class products, guarantee best quality, provide excellent service, create well-known brand.¡± From 1995, we gradually introduced the advanced technology from foreign countries, like Switzerland, Japan, US, Germany, Holland and so on. Until now 80% of our products technology is imported. The most proud one is we cooperated together with American Premier Ride Inc developing the Asia first coaster---Suspended Loop Coaster, which make China to be the fourth country after USA, Holland, Switzerland which could manufacture such difficult equipment around the world and filled the blank for China. Until today, SLC was already manufactured 3 sets; in 2005, we introduced the World highest 20m Shute the Chute-its specialty is 3 lifts and floating backward, which had been put into use in Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park, in the same year, the boats used on this ride were resold back to Switzerland, now it¡¯s been installed 2 sets in China; in 2006, SBL developed the 52 persons Frisbee which reaching the top level of the world; 60 persons pirate ship also is the No.1 in China. At the end of last year, we developed the ¡°Free fall¡± for Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park, total height is 65m, with the theme story named ¡°Thriller¡± now is already operated in this May. Moreover, SBL finished the design for the theme story rides like ¡°Sunshine China Adventure¡± and ¡°Geocentric Adventure¡± and such series of theme rides successively, also successfully make the theme story rides design for many amusement parks, such as the ¡°Bat coaster¡±, ¡°Roman chariot¡±, ¡°Hurricane¡±, ¡°Jurassic adventure¡± now were installed in Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park, ¡°Zhenghe's treasure ship¡± was installed in Xixiakou Fu tong tian he Amusement Park.
Now SBL has nearly 80 kinds of rides covered the whole 13 categories of amusement industry. Among those, the large rides include Suspended loop coaster, Bat coaster, Shoot the chute, Rapid ride, Frisbee, Mine train, View tower, Space trip and so on. The medium rides include Log flume, whirlwind chairs, Suicide fighter, 60(40) persons pirate ship, Rugby, Fling shot, Disco, Enterprise, Music fountain and so on. The Small and Medium sized rides include Small elephant around, Super swinger, Happy express, Crazy jumping, Carousel, Super bumper car, Junior coaster, Water slides and Pedal cycles series and so on.
SBL sells its¡¯ products not only in many big cities in China but also to the foreign countries from 1997. For Japan Senyo company, we exported to them every year, meanwhile different rides were exported to Japan, Switzerland, Cuba, Hongkong, England, Yemen, Rwanda, Sudan, Vietnam, Russia, Korea, India, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Libya, Gambia, Mongolia, Southeast Asia, total more than 20 countries and area. For example, We compete for ¡°Small world¡± bidder in 2006 successfully and entered into Hongkong Disneyland Theme park; from 2006 to now, SBL have been building 5 big amusement parks in Cuba successfully, one of them ¡®Expocuba¡¯ was opened to the public on January 20th, 2007; Besides, the ¡°Kigali city park¡± in Rwanda now is in the construction, the ¡°Child city ¡± in Sudan, ¡°Dream park¡± in Gambia, ¡° Leisure world water park¡± in Sri Lanka were already opened to the public.
From its beginning to the moment, SBL products entered into different big amusement parks and famous parks: In Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park, 70% of rides came from SBL; In Chaoyang Park, we made the key offering project for national 50s anniversary celebration; Others like Shanghai Jin jiang park, Shenzhen Happy valley, Nandaihe International Leisure center, Harbin Amusement Park, Shenzhen Window of the World, Changchun Movie Century City, Yinchuan Amusement Park, Chengdu Amusement Park, Zibo Amusement Park, Changzhou China Dinosaur park, Hangzhou Amusement Park, Changchun Spring city park, Tianjin City park, Xixiakou Futongtianhe Amusement Park and so on. The exportation not only got the honor for SBL but also create the foreign exchange for the country. In recent years, our annual production value was reached to 80 million RMB, fulfilled 100 million RMB in 2006. In 2007 and 2008, we put a lot of effort to develop the new rides, untit now we have successful researched the 60m Free fall, 52 and 30 persons Frisbee, Space rader, Dizzy universe ect.
SBL always insists its own characteristics way to develop these years: ¡°Depend on the market competition to speed up the Enterprise development, depend on the effort to take up the market, depend on the loyalty to make friends¡±.
